We use Pirate Ship to ship all orders, which allows us to offer affordable and reliable shipping through USPS.

Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
• Custom or personalized items may take a little longer. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times once your order ships (via USPS):

• First Class Mail: 2–5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  (Times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.)

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
• We strive to offer the best shipping rates possible through Pirate Ship.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• You can use this number to track your package through USPS.

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bluechameleoncrafting@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

While we carefully package all items, the shipping carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages.
